Please describe the problem:
I changed the Orientation of my Panel from Top to Left or Right but the Time
Clock Applet, the Windows List, and others doesn't rotate itself vertically.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Properties any Panel
2. Choose Orientation to Left or Right
3. Observe


Actual results:
not correcetly rotated

Expected results:
Components rotate according to Orientation

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Thanks for the bug, but it'd be really better to open bugs for each applet. The
clock will be fixed soon (we have a patch). The window list is probably the next
that will be fixed.

I'm changing this bug as a window list bug.
