Description of the crash:

This has happened frequently but irregularly. When I have several items
(in multiple calendars) in a day and have the daily view selected --
evolution crashes when I try to print the daily page. If I have weekly
or monthly view selected, printing proceeds normally.

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Happens often when I first put a few items in a day.
2. make sure daily view is selected. 
3. print, the dialog opens, and I hit the print button after selecting
(any) printer. Crash.

Lots -- but not every time.
