Please describe the problem:
Any operations made in the account editor makes the account unusable

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the account editor for Exchange account.
2. Do or do not make any changes to the account parameters and click "OK".



Actual results:
After this the account is rendered unusable. Need to remove the account and add
it again to make it work.

Expected results:
Need to take the modifications and the account should work properly

Some changes are made in exchange module to address the bug 272882. It was
working fine at that time. Some checkin to the camel or em-account-editor.c code
in between broke the above mentioned fix and causing this crash.

This is a real blocker and hence reverting the changes made to fix the bug
272882 and reopening the same.

If you open account editor and click 'OK', there is no issue. I am still able to
use that account witout reconfiguring/restarting.
