Please describe the problem:
I tried to subscribe to other user's folder and it asked me for password. Now I
am not able to enter password.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start evolution. (in mail component). It asks password. Enter the password.
2. Click on File->Subscribe to other User's folder
3. Both the dialogs, passwd dialog and subscription dialog are modal now.

Actual results:
Both the dialogs, passwd dialog and subscription dialog are modal now.

Expected results:

Work around:

It tries to authenticate the 'Contacts' component. So, after starting evolution
click on 'Contacts' component and give the password. Now "File->Subscribe to
other User's folder" will work fine.

fix committed to cvs head.
