Description Nagappan Alagappan 2005-08-26 15:01:23 UTC
Distribution/Version: SuSE 10

1. With Evolution 2.3.8 build dated 26-August-2005 created Exchange account
2. To change GAL settings, entered Edit->Preferences and edited the account
configuration
3. Clicked ok

Actual result:
Error dialog with the following error message

Error while Scanning folders in "Exchange server ".
Could not connect to Evolution Exchange backend process: No such file or directory

Apart from that the user account is not usable. I mean, you can't see any of the
mail, contacts, calendar, task folder of Exchange account.

Additional info:
Any operation if you do with exchange account, then the user account is
unusable. Temp solution - Remove the account and recreate the user info.

Also getting this error message in exchange-storage console and also in
Evolution console.

Reducing the priority to High and severity to "Critical" since account setting
modification is not a very usual scenario. Also, since upon recreating the
account, things work as usual, this cannot be a blocker.
