I can't find any good reason why to add 'NoDisplay=true' that caused not visible 
in gnome-panel, gnome-menus, application launcher and etc any longer. Not 
everybody use Nautilus to do the double click.

I haven't tried to do opposite by change from 'true' to 'false', but I think
remove it is good enough.

This was originaly discussed in bug 312399 where we come to such decision. Let's
