GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 312896
Support for high dynamic range image formats
Last modified: 2007-06-14 20:04:01 UTC
gthumb could support High Dynamic Range (HDR) image formats, such as OpenEXR, RGBE, logLuvTIFF. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_dynamic_range_imaging http://www.mpi-sb.mpg.de/resources/pfstools/ http://www.openexr.com/
I have added initial support for RAW and HDR images, if pfstools, pfstmo, and dcraw are installed. (These are a pain to install, though - I am hoping that we can rely on the simpler libopenraw for RAW images in the future). This is in svn rev 1336 and later. Please test. - Mike
