Please describe the problem:
Select a folder from within the iMAP account.   Drag and drop it into the local
space "On this Computer".   You notice that the Folder is actually copied while
the expected behaviour is that it should be moved.

All drag-n-drop operations on any application globally has the move effect - not
the copy effect.  So, we must adhere to global usage standards.
