GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 312060
Wrong icon size in Places->Recent Documents
Last modified: 2005-08-25 17:03:51 UTC
Distribution/Version: Ubuntu Breezy + Garnome The icons in the "Recent Documents" ("Places" submenu) in the panel are displayed in 48x48 pixel size and not 24x24 or what they are supposed to be.
maybe due to bug #311318
Then the 48x48 icon after rightclick in nautilus -> Create Document -> Empty File could be the same bug, too
This works for me, but given the shortness of time here I'm bumping the priority and putting it tentatively on the list while we investigate. Michael, what icon theme? and can you link to a screenshot from here? Also, what versions of gtk, etc.? And do you still see this in the panel (it is fixed there for me.)
I'm seeing this too, gtk 2.8.2. I only see this in Create Docuemnt->Empty File now, the Recent Documents problem is gone. Using Clearlooks with any included icon theme, the "Empty File" icon looks the same with all icon themes. Screenshot: http://62.119.221.30/Screenshot.png
For me it's the other way around, icons in recent documents are still 48x48 but the create document is fixed... I'm currently setting up a totally fresh build of the latest packages, I'll get back to you with what that produces tomorrow
this is a duplicate of bug #314346 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 314346 ***
