It would be a nice if you could drag tabs between windows in epiphany. 
Currently as you know you can only move tabs within a window.

Thanks for the bug report.

Dragging tabs between windows has been disabled because of a mozilla bug, 
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=296002 and will be re-enabled as
soon as that bug is fixed.
