Comment 1 Nagappan Alagappan 2005-08-08 12:15:32 UTC
JK: I can set this with Evolution 2.3.x. Which version of Evolution you are
trying with ?
Comment 2 Josef Kufner 2005-08-08 16:22:53 UTC
I'm using 2.2.3 -- latest version from Debian. If this feature is in devel
version now, i'm pleased.
Comment 3 André Klapper 2006-01-08 23:13:41 UTC
this would decrease performance dramatically.

nagappan is wrong. this is about doing this *automatically*!

reopening.

Bumping version to a stable release.
Comment 7 André Klapper 2021-05-19 11:36:41 UTC
GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/Community/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new enhancement request ticket at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
