Please describe the problem:
... with the description text appear as tooltips. With the current
implementation, it takes up too much unnecessary space (in Anjuta) and scrolling
becomes necessary when the palette window/container is small.

It should probably work like dia, where columns are flexible depending on the
window/container size.

Well now Vincent Geddes gave us the most awesome palette I've
ever seen... so this bug is so closed ;-)
