Wrong background image selected upon click in "Backgrounds Emblems and Themes" dialog
Last modified: 2005-07-23 16:50:55 UTC
Distribution: Gentoo Base System version 1.6.13 Package: nautilus Severity: normal Version: GNOME2.10.2 2.10.x Gnome-Distributor: Gentoo Synopsis: Wrong background image selected upon click in "Backgrounds Emblems and Themes" dialog Bugzilla-Product: nautilus Bugzilla-Component: Backgrounds Emblems and Themes Bugzilla-Version: 2.10.x Description: Description of Problem: When I click on an image in the "Backgrounds Emblems and Themes" dialog, the wrong image is selected. It seems, that the programm doesn't correctly take into account the position of the vertical slider/scroller. Please have a look at the flash movie I stored at http://stuff.alexander.skwar.name/Nautilus_-_Wrong_Background_Image/ In this movie, you can see the problem that I'm having. Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Start Nautilus 2. Open "Backgrounds Emblems and Themes" dialog 3. Scroll down the dialog somewhat (like 20% or so) 4. Click/drag an image Actual Results: The wrong background image is selected. Expected Results: The correct image should be selected. How often does this happen? All the times. Additional Information: I'm using the Gentoo Linux gnome-base/nautilus-2.10.1-r1 package and already reported that bug in the Gentoo bugzilla at https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=99913 Response was, that the bug is reproducible and should thus be reported upstream. Doing so right now. ------- Bug moved to this database by unknown@gnome.bugs 2005-07-22 19:19 UTC -------
Created attachment 49593 [details] Flash Movie showing that the wrong image is selected upon clicking on it.
Is this a dupe of bug #308996? Unlike the reporter in 308996, I'm NOT using CVS.
