Steps to reproduce:
1.Select Inbox
2.Right click and select Permissions 
3.Try to add any user id by clicking 'Add' button.

Nothing happens actuall.

This is happening with the devel snaps dated,
evolution-data-server-1.3.5.0.200507200002-0.snap.novell.11.1

This is blocking the testing of Subscribing to other user's Folders.
