At present the "Subscribe to other user's Folder" option is in Folder menu. It
would be nice if it is moved to File menu because the other views(Calendar,
Contacts and Tasks) doesn't have Folder menu.

And the name of the option should be based on the view, i.e for Calendar view it
should be listed as "Subscribe to other user's Calendar" etc..

Basically, menu controller for 'Tasks' is not present. So, I have to support it
in  calendar component.

Attaching 2 patches: one is in calendar component and the other in exchange.
