Installed software. Toolbar and canvas screen came up when I clicked the Dia
shortcut icon, along with a black box reading:
"I/O Warning : failed to load external entity "NULL"

When I clicked this black box shut, the toolbar and canvas windows shut down.

Please advise

The current solution is just dont do it.
