Description Adam Schreiber 2005-07-03 02:47:51 UTC
Overhaul User Documentation - i.e. what a user receives when any help button is
pressed.

I've started and will probably start posting patches and may even commit to HEAD
because even partially broken^H^H^H^H^H^Hcompleted help is better than what we
have now.

Initial work

This patch represents about 3-4 hours of stream of consciousness documentation.
I tried to start organizing the documentation by "module" and then by "task".

This is awesome. The help docs were totally out of date before, and I've been
wondering how we were ever going to get to this. This is a good start. Thanks.

Eventually we'd want to make the documentation as simple as possible. This is
one application where I feel that the help docs are actually important. Public
Key Encryption is not easily understood by the masses so anything to help that
is a plus.

I'd say go ahead and commit this to the stable branch, so we can get it in 0.7.9.

Alright, over the past week I've revamped the help documentation and committed
it in stages. Please go over the sections and make sure there isn't anything
blatently wrong.

I went through seahorse.xml on the stable branch and removed references to
features that don't exist on that branch.
