Please describe the problem:
Can not access desktop unless we close the
error dialog popup we get while trying to access an
not-authnticated addressbook.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an address book, do not authenticate.
2. Try to access the address book, error popup we get is proper.
3. try to right click on the address book, we get drop down menu and
address book error popup.

Actual results:
desktop can not be access unless this error dialog is closed.

Expected results:
It should be made modal with Evolution only.

Does this happen every time?
Yes
