Description of Problem:
There is frequently popping up a message dialog reporting, that the ping
to the IMAP Server has failed

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.  open mail viewer on an IMAP server account
2.  wait one minute
3. 

Actual Results:

OK must be clicked to continue working, this is annoying for the popup
gets the focus when I work in a different application

Expected Results:

This is not an expected message for everything seems to work fine.

How often does this happen?

Once every minute or so

well, when ping has failed, ping has failed. so where's exactly the point?

if you're annoyed of the pop up window, you're right. but that would be a 
duplicate of bug 247373. :-)
