Often when we want to DND something from one application to another we don't
have both windows open, and need to drag into a Window List to force the window
open first. Unfortunately Window Selector does not support this. 
I would be very usefull to be able to drag something into Window Selector, watch
it pop open, pick a window, and DND there.
