GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 306530
quicktime files encoded with "Sorensen video v.3" have frames played in wrong order
Last modified: 2005-06-09 09:38:21 UTC
When i try to play a quicktime file that is encoded with Sorensen video v.3 i can see the movie, but there is a problem with the order of the frames. For example, if the original order is ABC DEF GHI JKL, where a letter is a frame, i see this when i play the file: DEF ABC GHI JLK. I guess some frames that are next to each other are played correctly, but "frame-groups" are played wrong. It can be reproduced by playing this file: http://media.hugi.is/hahradi/fyndnar/20050510.zacharias.mov (6.2 mb)
Fixed (requires both gst-ffmpeg and gst-plugins CVS; it needed better caps handling).
