As an example, when viewing the list of email received, if the content of a
field (say the From field) is too long, it gets cut off with "..." added at the
end.  The only way to view the full contents is to either widen the column, or
click on the message and see the field in the preview pane.

My feature request is to add tooltips so that if you hover the mouse over the
field you see a tooltip with the full content of the field.

I think this is a related wish:

I would suggest to add a tool-tip for the field titles and flags. So give a hint
what the "exclamation mark" and the "flag", the attachment symbol, the message
status mean.
