On a fresh install of Dia, when I try to run the program, the tool pallette 
launches, the document window launches, but I also get a dos window with the 
following error:  I/O warning: Failed to load external entity "NULL"

If I close that window, all of Dia exits.  If I try to work with the program 
and leave the error window in the background the program froze up when I tried 
to drag an object from the pallete window to the document.
