GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 304306
gtk-key-theme support
Last modified: 2009-05-24 20:26:50 UTC
Distribution: Fedora Core release 3 (Heidelberg) Package: Evolution Severity: enhancement Version: GNOME2.8.0 2.0.4 Gnome-Distributor: Red Hat, Inc Synopsis: gtk-key-theme support; mail diagnostic support Bugzilla-Product: Evolution Bugzilla-Component: Mailer Bugzilla-Version: 2.0.4 Description: Please describe your feature request: While Evolution does support gtk-key-theme's -- sort of -- I've noticed it does not remap it's keyboard shortcuts, which take precidence over editor keys. I use the "Emacs" GTK theme, for example where M-f is supposed to move the editor cursor forward one word. and M-a moves back one word. But in Evolution M-f is bound to the File drop down menu. So while M-a works just fine, M-f doesn't. Highly annoying! Request two: mail diagnostic support. If there's a way to look at a message "source" or raw (especially the message header information), I have no idea where. And while 99% of the time that information is just annoying, when you needed for troubleshooting, you REALLY NEED IT! <g> Thanks guys. You've a great program here. Keep up the good work. ------- Bug moved to this database by unknown@bugzilla.gnome.org 2005-05-16 01:13 UTC ------- The original reporter of this bug does not have an account here. michael: mail diagnostic support in version 2.4: "view | message source" or "control + u". before it has been a submenu somewhere in the "view" main menu, but it was definitely included in 2.0.x. therefore removing that part from the summary.
removing old target milestone, sorry. probably a duplicate, reassigning to gtkhtml.
