Open a new tab and go to http://bugzilla.gnome.org/query.cgi. Right click the
tab and select 'Detach tab'.

Now click the dropdown menu next to 'Summary'. It doesn't work any more.

Can this feature not be enabled again with a big warning text somewhere? Even in its broken state, I still found this very useful, and having a menu entry that's available but does nothing is surely worse than having a feature that works in all but one not-all-that-common case?

If it can't be enabled, can instructions for a user to enable such a feature be posted up here perhaps?

You'd need to recompile epiphany, and undefine KEEP_TAB_IN_SAME_TOPLEVEL in ephy-notebook.c and ephy-window.c
