I have downloaded and installed dia-setup-0.94.exe (5581 KB, system=WinXP prof).
Indeed a fine programm but:
If I change the linewidth in e.g. box, properties, the effect is seen on the 
screen but when printing (on different printers), the lines are nevertheless 
thin, hardly to be seen.
Can you help???
