When trying to open a jpeg file bigger than ~1,5 MB, the operation fail almost 
at end and Gimp system reports an error in the jpeg.exe plug-in.

100% reproducible on my Windows XP, 3Ghz, 1024 MB DDR Ram

Tryed to deinstal and reinstal both GTK and GIMP the latest version but still 
got the same same failure
