In the bookmarks editor, when you select a topic, the File menu items "Open in
new Tabs" and "Open in new Windows" are disabled.

If we would enable these items it would be a quick and powerful way to open all
bookmarks in one topic, matching the "Open in Tabs" feature in toolbar topic
menus. These items could also be added to the context menu of topics.

This is something I miss from Firefox and other right clickeable browsers.
