Please fill in this template when reporting a bug, unless you know what you
are doing.
Description of Problem:
When putting text at top of reply email, text input flips into a
right-to-left input style.  This does not happen in other areas of the
reply email.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Reply to the email
2. Place the cursor at the top of reply
3. Hit enter
4. Start typing

Actual Results:
Text appears as:  "tset a si sihT"

Expected Results:
Text appears as:  "This is a test"

How often does this happen? 
Every time with a certain email.  Not with any others
