Please fill in this template when reporting a bug, unless you know what you
are doing.
Description of Problem:
After deleting an exchange account, I can still see it referenced in
several Preferences settings.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create an Exchange account.
2. Delete it.
3. Go to Edit -> Preferences.

Actual Results:
Under the following pref settings you'll still see the Exchange account:
* Autocompletion
* Mail Preferences -> Automatic Contacts
* Mail Preferences -> Meetings and Tasks

Expected Results:
Deleted accounts should be deleted.

How often does this happen?
Every time.

Additional Information:
Evolution 2.2.1.1, Connector 2.2.1.

I think folders were also not removed for you.
I mean the connector folders wouldn't have removed
from Contacts/Calendar/Tasks views.

This happens when account is disabled and gets deleted.
