Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to any mail folder; Right click on the column title, say 
the Subject column and choose the 'Customise Current View' option
2. Click on the 'Fields Shown' button -> The 'Show Fields' window opens
3. Press 'Alt+V' to activate the 'Available Fields' list

Actual Results:
the list is not activated

Expected Results:
it should be activated

How often does this happen? 
always
