Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a meeting request, type some summary and time
2. Then click on 'Send Options'', in 'Status Tracking', Under 'Return
Notification', select 'mail receipt' when 'Opened'
3. Then login as other participant, open the metting request mail.
4.Click on 'Send/Receive' in 'Orginators' mail box, no mail is received
