Description Ravi Krishnamurthy 2005-02-17 14:00:12 UTC
Description of Problem:
When composing a mail, I cannot move recipients from one address field
(To:, Cc: or Bcc:) to another. Cut-n-paste copies the text string (display
name) only and not the e-mail address. This happens only when the e-mail
addresses are in my Contact list.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start composing a new mail.
2. Insert a few addresses from the Contact list to the To: field.
3. Try moving one of the recipients to the Cc: or Bcc: field using cut-n-paste.

Actual Results:
Only the display name is moved to the Cc: or Bcc: field.

Expected Results:
The recipient's e-mail address should also be copied to the target field.

How often does this happen?
Always

This bug is not actaully a dup of bug 273285 , that bug is about not
being able to paste anything (which means no action takes place). This
is about when you paste only name is copied not the associated email .
this is same as bug 207728
