When I attach (via drag & drop) a PGP-encrypted message to a new
(PGP-encrypted) message, the message does not display in my Sent folder,
instead I get red text saying "Unsupported encryption type for
multipart/encrypted"

These patches are 2.4 specific so can't be backported easily.

These have both been put into 2.4, although i reverted the error string change,
still awaiting string approval.
