Evolution Webcal module doesn't support SSL (https) requests (or
username/password for web login, but that's a real wishlist feature)

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Try to enter https://usr.to/my.ics into the URL box on the Calendar
Properties Dialog

Actual Results:
OK button is greyed out.

Expected Results:
OK button is useable, and the functionality behind https works.

How often does this happen?
Every time.
