*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 237000 ***
Comment 2 Scott Russell 2004-11-28 12:44:22 UTC
Gerardo, this is not a duplicate of 37000. 37000 refers to the pane
when a multiple selection exists - personally, I agree with it's behavior.

This bug refers to selecting a single item from a list that was
recently part of a multiselect list, where the pane stays in
blank/multiselect mode.
Comment 3 Scott Russell 2004-11-28 12:52:04 UTC
It does seem to be similar to 16107, which, for some reason, was
*also* , strangely enough, marked as a duplicate of 37000. The
difference here is that this applies to any selection, and 16107
refers only tot the last item of the list.

There seems to be some confusion about what this bug is:

1) Select multiple items.
Pane goes blank.
This is *NOT* the bug.

2) Select a single item from the selected list (thus eliminating the
multiple selection)
Pane stays blank.
This *IS* the bug.

Comment 4 Not Zed 2004-12-01 05:12:13 UTC
its actually a little different, it is re-selecting the item from the
multi-select group which has the cursor (the dotted border). if you
select other ones from the selection, then it works fine.

bug. Re-open if necessary.

Bumping version to a stable release.
Comment 13 Milan Crha 2010-05-13 10:39:19 UTC
This was fixed within bug #337160, but then re-fixed in bug #540160, thus I'm marking this one as a duplicate of the newer.
