Description of Problem:
Error dialog 'The Application "evolution-alarm-notify" has quit
unexpectedly.
Dialog appears near end of KDE 3.2 desktop generation when system is
restarted.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Reboot system
2. Login as user (KDE 3.2)
3. Watch desktop paint itself

Actual Results:
Near the end of autorun, dialog appears

Expected Results:
No such notification

How often does this happen?
Formerly only at some system restarts, apparently now at every one

Additional Information:
May be related to much nastier bug to be submitted minutes ago, which
locks entire system when checking mailboxes.
