Description of Problem: 
I tried to create a contact .initially ok button is disabled .but when i 
entered some text, ok button got enabled.but when i deleted the text that 
is typed,ok button is still enabled.It is allowing us to save empty 
contact. 
 
Steps to reproduce the problem: 
1. Go to file->new->contact 
  (contact editor appears with ok button is disabled) 
2. type some text 
  (ok button will be enabled) 
3. then delete the text you typed 
  (ok button is still enabled) 
4.click on ok button 
Actual Results: 
 
Evolution is allowing to  save an empty contact 
Expected Results: 
 
Ok button should be disabled when there is no text.It should not allow us 
to save empty contact 
How often does this happen?  
Every time 
 
Additional Information: 
If perform same things on the contact list ,it is not allowing us to save 
empty contact list.when there is no information in the contact list the ok 
button is getting disabled automatically
