Please describe your feature request:

It would be nice to have an option available to customize which sending
account should be used by default on a per-folder-basis. When mailing
lists are contained in a folder, it would be a good feature if it could
remember the sending account to use when I compose a new message in the
mailing lists' folder.


Setting qa contact to the default for this product.
   This bug either had no qa contact or an invalid one.
