Added a web calendar via File New Calendar ... On Web 
for source url of: webcal://www.la-grange.net/2002/09/13-MoonPhase.ics

This seems to work but when I look at the full moon on April 5th Evo shows
this at 7:03am and on web it shows at 11:03am.  Evo is configured to: time
zone America/New_York  

I don't know if its the web cal or Evo :(
