Description Craig Maloney 2004-03-16 15:13:52 UTC
Package: Evolution
Priority: Wishlist
Version: 1.4.6
Synopsis: Allow shortcut for creation of new task/calendar/mail by using native shortcut in addition to CTRL-N
Bugzilla-Product: Evolution
Bugzilla-Component: Miscellaneous

Description:
Description of Problem:
When in the Task/Calendar/Mail component, creating a new
Task/Calendar/Mail can be done using CTRL-N. However, if a different
application is up, creating a task can be done using SHIFT-CTRL-T (Mail
uses SHIFT-CTRL-M, and a new appointment uses SHIFT-CTRL-A). It would be
nice if I was in the task application to also be able to use
SHIFT-CTRL-T to create a new task rather than having to use CTRL-N (that
way I wouldn't have to worry which application window I have up).
