dragging and dropping of vfolders in the folder tree doesn't behave the way the UI implies that it 
should.  When doing the drag, a line is drawn to indicate where the folder would supposedly be 
moved to.  However, once you drop, it becomes a child of that node, and not a peer.

I'm also able to get duplicates of folders as they're moved around, but i'm not sure how to 
duplicate that reliably yet, other than just trying to drag around the same folder to a few different 
places.

i'm not sure i agree here, but i've changed the code anyway.

this also has nothing to do with vfolders
