Last modified: 2005-08-16 11:16:20 UTC
Please fill in this template when reporting a bug, unless you know what you are doing. Description of Problem: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Invoke Evolution (Launch->Email and Calendar) 2. Create a New mail folder 'test' (Right click Inbox -> New folder), Ensure there are test mails in the 'test' folder. 3. Open mail from the 'test' folder. 4. Delete 'test' folder(Right click 'test' folde->Delete) Actual Results: observe that opened mail goes blank as soon as user deletes 'test' folder. Expected Results: Opened mail should be kept opened without any data loss. Additional Information:
uh... the folder was deleted out from under it. this isn't data loss. the message-window would also blank if the suer deleted the message in other ways (in fact, people had filed bugs that it didn't blank originally).
as someone on the list mentioned, this should just close the message window.
