Description of Problem:
For an HTML message with a background image it would be nice if the
background image was used to fill the entire message window. Currently only
the background image is only rendered in the section of the window that
contains message text, the remaining empty portion of the window has a
white background.

Expected Results:
Entire message window is rendered with background image.
