Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a new contact or edit a contact 
2. Add a new catagory 
3. Check this catagory and click OK
4. reopen the "Edit Catagories" dislog box
5. Right click the catagory and click "Remove from global catagory list"

Actual Results:
After #5,the catagory still exist

Expected Results:

This bug is fixed. It is no longer reproducible.

This bug was marked RESOLVED without a resolution, which Bugzilla does not allow (and so I am fixing it). It is assumed that the bug was intended to be marked as FIXED. If the bug should have some other resolution, please change its resolution.
