Description Kevin L. Mitchell 2003-10-17 04:49:37 UTC
Package: Evolution
Priority: Normal
Version: 1.4.5
Synopsis: Emacs keys stopped working
Bugzilla-Product: Evolution
Bugzilla-Component: Mailer

Description:
Description of Problem:

I upgraded my version of Evolution from 1.2 something to 1.4.5, and one
of the first things I noticed was that I can't seem to make the message
editor utilize emacs-style key bindings. This is really, really
annoying, because I'm so used to using, e.g., C-k to kill a line, C-a to
go to the beginning of the line, etc.

(I wonder, is this some other gnome component, perhaps?)
