Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open evolution 
2. create two folders in "Tasks" folder,
   one folder can be named 'a',the other can be named 'b' 
3. create two subfolders with same name, one in 'a' and the other in 'b'
4. move a  subfolder from 'a' to 'b'

Actual Results:
the evolution will hand  when you move the subfolder.

This is with version 1.4, not 1.5, right? In 1.5, you can't create
task subfolders (it's only 2 levels deep; groups and task lists).

Alternatively you found this bug early in the 1.5 cycle, and it's
changed since then. I can't see how this can be a problem anymore.
