Description of Problem:
  The composer preference setting can not remember the mispell words color
setting

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Top Menu->"Tool"->"Setting"->"Composer Preference Setting" 
2.Click the "Spell Checking" tab
3.Change the color for mispelled words.
4.Repeat step 1 and step 2

Actual Results:
  The color setting can not be saved and the color for mispelled words is
still unchanged.

Expected Results:
  The color is changed.

How often does this happen? 
  Always.

The bug disappeared in mercury-05, while aspell-0.50.3-5 and
aspell-en-0.50.2-5 could not be installed in mercury-03.
