Description of Problem:
I waqs replying to an email which was in HTML and it crashed. It was a
long email so it wasn't too appreciated.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open email
2. hit reply
3. Start editing reply, in this case a survey that you entered responses
in the middle of the message

Actual Results:
Crash and burn

Expected Results:
finish typing and click send

How often does this happen?
This is the second time.
