Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1) Select File -> New -> Mail Message
2) Key in some text in the body of the message.
3) Select some portion of the text using the mouse.
4) Try to drag the text. It does not allow the user to drag the text. It
instead selects /unselects the keyed in characters.
5) Try to perform similar drag operation on the 'To' and 'CC' fields.
Operation is not permitted.

Note that, in the same mail compose window, drag-drop of text is
possible for the 'Subject' field.


Actual Results:
User cannot perform Dnd on all fields of the mail message.

Expected Results:
User should be able to perform Dnd on all fields of the mail message.

4 is a duplicate of bug 201554
5 is also filed somewhere in calendar (i'm 100% sure)

therefore closing as duplicate.
